The Process Workflow
Planning ahead is important
We would love to help you become a Permanent Resident as soon as possible.
- Plan when to start your process before losing your status (some processes will take 18+ months, others only a few weeks)
- Assessment on EB1 or EB2 NIW $100
(The cost of the assessment is reimbursed to you when you book your process coaching).
The Engagement
Our team commits to working on your case.
Coaching fees can vary depending on your needs
Traditionally, we need 40% of our fee to start working with you after the assessment.
The Coaching
Coaching represents the preparation of your case strategy.
This is where you have to commit yourself to making it happen, but you're not alone. We are here for you in every step of the process.
The time for this step varies, from 6 weeks to up to 6 months.
Submitting your Application
Now that we are ready, money needs to be paid to USCIS:
- Pay off the consulting fee
- $600-$900 expert letter
- $1,015 application fee
- $2,805 premium processing (optional)
The Waiting Time
We made everything possible to succeed.
During this time we might have to file a Request for Evidence.
Waiting time varies from 2 weeks to 120 days.

Becoming a Resident
Planning ahead is important.
Depending on the availability of visas, you might have to wait some months to adjust your status.
Money Spending:
$1,440 USCIS fee for the applicant and each dependent over 14 years old.
$950 USCIS fee for dependents under 14
$200-$400 medical examination per applicant and dependent
$500 form preparation fee per dependent
Applicant form preparation is included in the coaching fee
